The sentencing hearing for Tammy Sytch was delayed from Friday after her attorney filed updated information about the case. Sytch made the filing on Thursday due to errors made in the original plea filings. A new hearing has been set for March 28th at 9AM pending the results of a pre-sentencing investigation.
Sytch entered a guilty plea to charges of driving under the influence stemming from a May 20th arrest in Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania as well as two DUI-related charges relating to her arrest on June 1st and another on June 20th. In Pennsylvania, it’s the dependent’s duty to request an investigation related to pre-sentencing matters.
The sentencing will include reviews of Sytch’s drug and alcohol evaluations, as well as a decision made about whether Sytch will be placed in an Intermediate Punishment Program.
