It’s been roughly two weeks since Adam Rose spoke out regarding his sixty day suspension by WWE for his second Wellness violation. And now, we have the doctor’s response that he promised. Rose, who was suspended on April 16th for the Wellness violation and who said in his response that he’d done nothing wrong, posted an image of the note from Doctor Charles DeVine who says that Rose takes medication for chronic ADHD symptoms. You can see the full note and transcript below:
4/22/16
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Adam Rose (Ray Leppan – D.O.B. 7/20/79), whom i have treated since 4/20/15. He has chronic signs and symptoms of ADHD, determined through a very thorough psychiatric exam on 4/30/15. He takes Aderall XR, which is an FDA-approved treatment for ADHD, and we have followed all standard of care protocols during his treatment, which has gone very well. He takes his medication as prescribed, and he is compliant with my treatment recommendations.
Sincerely,
Charles DeVine, M.D.
My doctors note as promised. I did nothing knowingly wrong and was following all the correct protocols. #WWE pic.twitter.com/FOk4DgFmFZ
