According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Cody Rhodes was upset after word broke of his talking to WWE about a Legends deal. Rhodes as in conversation last week with the company about a deal that would allow the company to release merchandise and other items with his likeness.
According to the site, Head of Talent Relations Mark Carrano contacted Rhodes about the deal and the story surfaced online soon after. There were also false reports that Rhodes called the company back to try and return. Rhodes was angry because the deal was supposed to be confidential.
