WWE will not be trademarking the name “Balor Club” after all. WWE abandoned their registration for the trademark on June 22nd.
Baylor University had requested time to file an opposition to the trademark a while back, but still hadn’t by the time WWE abandoned the request. No reason as to why they dropped the request, which was done as an “Express Abandonment” similar to the Legion of Doom trademark.
