Backstage Update – Alberto Del Rio’s Current WWE Contract

According to The WON, Alberto Del Rio has a clause in his contract that gives him a possible out in September. TNA has shown interest in Del Rio but he doesn’t seem likely to go there since he put down TNA during his PR tour of India for WWE.

Del Rio is making a lot of money with WWE, though it was noted he could also “make big money” working for Lucha Underground and Mexico. It would not be the same level as with WWE though.
