If UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier had his way, Brock Lesnar would be WWE champion after returning to WWE. Following his glorious return to MMA at last night’s UFC 200, Lesnar is next set to return to WWE at Summerslam next month where he will face Randy Orton. Lesnar was victorious last night, defeating No. 8-ranked UFC heavyweight Mark Hunt by unanimous decision. However, Daniel Cormier, who is a noted pro wrestling and WWE fan, shared his own thoughts after UFC 200 with reporters on what should happen next for Lesnar in WWE (via Live Audio Wrestling).
Cormier stated: “I think I’d make him more unbeatable. In WWE they call him the ‘conqueror’, the ‘beast incarnate’, you know, he can’t be beat. I’d make him more unstoppable now, because he just did something that I’m not sure anyone else over there can do. He came in and beat a top ten heavyweight, so you just make him more unstoppable. I say to hell with Randy Orton, and throw the belt on him again, because it legitimizes it because of what he did tonight.”You can watch a video of Cormier’s comments below.
