Tommaso Ciampa Suffers Mouth Injury At PWG BOLA – Graphic Photos

Tommaso Ciampa suffered a cut to his lip while working PWG this weekend. It was bad enough that he had a chunk of the lip removed. It required five stitches. The photos are gross, so look at your own risk:
