WWE’s original plan was to have Bayley win the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. She would then go into the WWE Payback PPV in April in her hometown of San Jose, CA as the champion. That part obviously still might happen, though WWE does seem to be playing up Charlotte’s “undefeated in PPV title matches” streak.
The rumored Raw Women’s title match at WrestleMania is Bayley vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax. If Bayley does win, I guess WWE could technically still say that Charlotte is undefeated in PPV singles title matches.
