On tonight’s Impact, a lot of segments will air where the new regime takes shots at the old regime. That apparently somewhat angered a few wrestlers who felt that shots were also being taken at them, since they were working hard and didn’t feel that the product they were putting out was bad.
According to PWInsider, Eli Drake was upset and confronted Jeff Jarrett about it and they had a discussion where Drake voiced some of the frustrations of the current roster with the shots taken as well as other changes that have taken place over the past couple of weeks. However, the discussions were not described as “getting ugly.”
Jeff Jarrett has also been taking a more “old school” and strict approach to the booking, where previously the wrestlers were given more room for feedback and creative tweaks.
