WWE announced that Tyler Bate will defend his WWE United Kingdom Championship against Pete Dunne at NXT TakeOver: Chicago. Pete Dunne won a #1 contender’s match against Trent Seven at Sunday’s WWE United Kingdom taping in Norwich, England.

The current TakeOver Chicago card is:

– NXT Championship: Bobby Roode (c) vs. Hideo Itami
– NXT Women’s Championship: Asuka (c) vs. Ruby Riot vs. Nikki Cross
– NXT Tag Team Championship Ladder Match – The Authors of Pain (c) vs. #DIY
