IPW have announced on Twitter that they will no longer be broadcasting their live events on FloSlam. After we reported last month that FloSlam were suing Evolve and that Evolve had pulled their events from the service, IPW were one of the last partners that FloSlam had and now their events page on the site will be just blank once the IPW event upcoming in November is pulled.
In the Tweet announcing their departure from the service, IPW said they had a new scenario that will broadcast the events live while keeping them available on demand as well. It seems like IPW will be fine from this, but what does it mean for FloSlam? If they don’t have partners to provide content, things do look rough for the company.
