Possible Raw Spoiler: SmackDown Name Backstage at Raw Tonight

Shane McMahon is backstage at Raw, PWInsider is reporting. Shane’s “return” was advertised for SmackDown tomorrow night, but he may also appear on Raw tonight.

It’s not guaranteed that he’ll be on TV, but it seems likely. This year’s Survivor Series will have a Raw vs. SmackDown gimmick, so Shane possibly appearing on Raw could have something to do with that.

Shane’s appearance on SmackDown was being hyped as a potential confrontation with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, but Owens will reportedly not be at SmackDown and there’s no timetable for his return after he left WWE’s tour of South America this weekend to deal with a family issue, so we’ll see what WWE decides to do with that angle.
