The planned Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble right now is a triple threat between Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman and Kane, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio.
Strowman and Kane wrestled on Raw last night, with the winner meant to be Lesnar’s opponent at the Royal Rumble, but the match ended in a double count out.
Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were announced for Raw next week, so the situation will be made more clear then.
WWE has reportedly been trying to figure out who Lesnar’s opponent will be at the Royal Rumble for a while now and it appears that they’ve finally settled on this, unless Vince McMahon changes his mind again…
