Kevin Nash won’t be at the 25th Anniversary Raw on Monday, saying that it’s torture for him to fly after he just underwent knee replacement surgery in December.
Was so looking forward to being a part of RAW 25. It's nearly impossible to travel on our down sized airlines healthy. With a total knee replacement it would be self inflicted torture. See ya everyone at Mania

Mick Foley also apparently won’t be at the show, though he was invited, because he had already booked a family vacation for that date, according to PWInsider. He has said that he would be willing to record something from a remote location for WWE if needed, though.
Jeff Hardy and Mark Henry have also been booked for the show, PWInsider says. Jeff Hardy is still injured, so he won’t be wrestling (until around WrestleMania).
