Head of WWN/EVOLVE Gabe Sapolsky has signed a contract with WWE to be a consultant, according to PWInsider.
He has already been working at NXT as a consultant for months, but never had an official contract.
Sapolsky will remain with WWN and EVOLVE and this will likely lead to a closer relationship between the two companies. EVOLVE has been seen as somewhat of an unofficial “farm system” for WWE.
Sapolsky previously worked as the head booker for Ring of Honor and worked behind the scenes in ECW under his “mentor” Paul Heyman.
