UFC is discussing the possibility of CM Punk vs. Mike Jackson at UFC 225 on June 9 in Chicago (CM Punk’s hometown), according to MMA Fighting. However, the discussions are still in the early stages so nothing has been decided yet.
Mike Jackson, like CM Punk, is 0-1 and his only loss came to the same person who beat CM Punk: Mickey Gall. Gall choked Mike Jackson out in 45 seconds in February 2016 in a fight to determine CM Punk’s first opponent. Gall then went on to defeat CM Punk in just over 2 minutes at UFC 203 in September 2016.
