Tamina Suffers Shoulder Injury; Out for Most of 2018

Tamina Snuka is reported to have recently underwent surgery to fix a right shoulder supraspinatus tear. While it is not known when she suffered the injury, she competed in last month’s Women’s Royal Rumble match while injured and had the surgery done on January 30th.


Austin Aries’ Current Contract Status with Impact Wrestling

During Thursday’s Impact Wrestling media call with Austin Aries, Aries revealed that he is currently not under contract with the company. Aries said that Impact originally contacted him to work behind the scenes to help “right the ship.” When a new management team was put in charge of the company, Aries said that the talks changed to him being just an in-ring talent and would be free to continue his own bookings on the indies.

PCW Ultra revealed on Twitter the card for their March 16th show in Wilmington, California features a PCW Heavyweight Championship match of Rob Van Dam versus champion Penta 0M.

Major League Wrestling announced legendary manager Col. Rob Parker (Robert Fuller) will be making his debut next month for the company. Parker was also announced to be introducing a “Stud Stable” as part of his debut.

New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the main event for the final show of their upcoming Australia tour will be a tag team match of Kazuchika Okada & Rocky Romero versus SANADA & EVIL. This show occurs on February 19th in Perth, Australia.
