“Blackrock Productions” has acquired the rights to develop the book, “Conspiracy – Peter Thiel, Hulk Hogan, Gawker and the Anatomy of Intrigue,” based on the Hulk Hogan Gawker lawsuit, into a movie or limited series, Deadline is reporting.
David A. Neuman, who runs the production company, told Deadline that whether or not it ends up being a movie or limited series depends on the talent that they’ll be able to bring on.
“We’re very far along in exploring both options. The talent we’re talking to will help us tip the scale one way or another.”
The book was released last Tuesday and tells the story of how billionaire Peter Thiel funded Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker in an attempt to bring them down as revenge for Gawker previously outing Thiel as gay.
