Rumored Heat on Big Cass for Going Off-Script

There is reportedly heat on Big Cass for going off-script in a segment on SmackDown Live two weeks ago, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.

In the segment where Cass brought out and attacked a little person dressed as Daniel Bryan, Pro Wrestling Sheet says that Cass was told to just give him a big boot and be done with the attack. Cass asked if he could beat down on him more, but backstage officials said no. Cass then asked Vince McMahon directly and Vince also shot him down.

In the segment though, Cass gave him the big boot and then continued to beat down on the little person with a bunch of punches.

Backstage officials were reportedly “very unhappy” and it landed Cass in “hot water.”

WWE’s YouTube segment cut out the punches and only showed the big boot.
