Major Spoiler from Tonight’s NXT Tapings

Tommaso Ciampa is the new NXT Champion after he defeated Aleister Black at tonight’s NXT tapings at Full Sail in Florida.

After the referee was knocked out, Johnny Gargano ran in and superkicked Ciampa, then nailed Black with the NXT title belt. However, Ciampa got up and took out Gargano, then was able to pin Black for the win to become the new champion.

The match will air on next week’s episode of NXT. We’ll post full spoilers from the tapings shortly.

With the win, Ciampa becomes the 14th Superstar in history to win the NXT Title.
