WWE 2K19 to Feature Daniel Bryan Showcase Mode

WWE announced that Daniel Bryan will be the featured star for this year’s Showcase mode in WWE 2k19.

The mode was revealed to include twelve matches from Byran’s WWE career, nine notable arenas, and eleven different playable versions of Bryan with each having their own movesets and appearances. The mode also features 15 interview packages and 20 video cutscenes shown throughout the Showcase.

A trailer for the mode featuring footage from Bryan’s WWE retirement speech and in-ring return speech was also released.

WWE 2K19 is currently scheduled to arrive on October 9th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Those who pre-order the Deluxe edition will get early access to the game starting on October 5th.

Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

Major League Wrestling announced a new match for the card of their September 6th War Games event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This will be a Mexican Massacre match of LA Park versus Pentagon Jr.

ROH announced that the card of their August 25th ROH TV tapings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania features a ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship match of Silas Young, Beer City Bruiser, & Brian Milonas versus champions Cody & The Young Bucks.

Revolution Pro Wrestling announced that Jushin Thunder Liger, KUSHIDA, and Zack Sabre Jr. will all be appearing at their September 9th event in Portsmouth, England.
