Various: All In Main Event Cut Short, #1 Trend Worldwide, NJPW Breaks Record

All In Main Event Cut Short Because of Time Constraints

All In finished with just seconds left in their PPV window, with Matt Jackson saying after the show that “we finished this PPV with three seconds to go.” The show had to go off the air at 10:59 PM ET and they just barely made it.

The main event match with the Young Bucks and Kota Ibushi taking on Rey Mysterio, Fenix and Bandido had to be cut short because the PPV went long. According to Dave Meltzer, the match was supposed to go for 28 minutes, but had to be cut down to 12 minutes, with them getting in their spots and rushing to get the finish in before the show had to go off the air.

Two matches specifically went long, with Meltzer saying that the Okada vs. Marty Scurll match went 12 minutes over its allotted time, and the Hangman Page vs. Joey Janela match also went long.
