IWGP Heavyweight Title Match Set

Kenny Omega will defend his IWGP Heavyweight Championship in a triple threat match against Kota Ibushi and Cody Rhodes at the NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling show on October 8 in Tokyo.

The team of Omega and Ibushi won their tag match against Kazuchika Okada and Tomohiro Ishii at yesterday’s Fighting Spirit Unleashed show and after the match, Omega offered a title shot to Ibushi before Cody entered and inserted himself into the match, which Omega agreed to.
