NXT TakeOver: WarGames 2 will take place this Saturday and as of now, there are only four matches scheduled instead of the usual five.
According to Dave Meltzer, that may be the final card and there are (currently) only four matches scheduled because of the length of time the matches are expected to get. The WarGames match is expected to get a lot of time, and the Shayna Baszler vs. Kairi Sane match will be two out of three falls.
A Matt Riddle vs. Kassius Ohno match was a possibility for the card, since NXT TV has been playing up that storyline, but that match may end up happening on the NXT TV taping that’s done before TakeOver on Saturday.
Here’s the card:
WarGames Match
Ricochet, Pete Dunne & The War Raiders vs. The Undisputed ERA

NXT Championship
Tommaso Ciampa (c) vs. Velveteen Dream

NXT Women’s Championship – 2-out-of-3 Falls Match
Shayna Baszler (c) vs. Kairi Sane

Aleister Black vs. Johnny Gargano
