In-Ring: Seth Rollins, Triple H

Seth Rollins came out and cut a promo, then asked for a rematch against Dean Ambrose, but Triple H came out to remind him that there are no automatic rematches anymore. If Seth wants a title shot, he’ll have to defeat Bobby Lashley tonight.

Shane McMahon then came out and said there would be a battle royal tonight, with the winner getting a title shot against Dean Ambrose.

Battle Royal

Apollo Crews won to earn an Intercontinental title shot later in the night. Other participants: Baron Corbin, Curt Hawkins, Finn Balor, Mojo Rawley, No Way Jose, Titus O’Neil, Zack Ryder, The Ascension, The B-Team, Lucha House Party. The last three were Crews, Corbin and Hawkins. Corbin eliminated Hawkins, then Crews eliminated Corbin. Balor was eliminated by Corbin earlier.

Backstage: Natalya, Nia Jax

Backstage, Natalya announced that she was entering the Royal Rumble, but was then attacked by Nia Jax and Tamina.

In-Ring: Baron Corbin, Elias

Baron Corbin came out to cut a promo, angry about losing the battle royal earlier. Elias then came out and sang a song about him, then they fought through the crowd, with Elias getting the upper hand and sending Corbin retreating backstage.

Bobby Lashley defeated Seth Rollins by DQ

Rollins got himself disqualified after hitting Lashley with multiple chair shots. Rollins also attacked Lio Rush, getting a big pop.

Jinder Mahal & The Singh Brothers defeated Heath Slater & Rhyno

Rhyno got pinned in his hometown of Detroit. He apparently got the biggest pop of the night from the hometown crowd.

Intercontinental Championship
Dean Ambrose (c) defeated Apollo Crews

Ambrose won via Dirty Deeds.

Backstage: Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss announced that next week, she’ll be debuting her own “talk show” called “A Moment of Bliss” and the first guest will be Ronda Rousey.
