The Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA – the site of WWE Hell in a Cell on October 6 – is advertising that “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt will wrestle for the Universal Championship in a Hell in a Cell match at the PPV.

Whether or not this actually happens remains to be seen. These early advertisements from venues typically are placeholder matches and often get changed, but this one seems like an especially strange match to advertise as a placeholder if it might not actually happen.
The Golden 1 Center is even advertising a different match on their website – Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre.
WWE has not mentioned anything about this, so the match announcement should be taken with a grain of salt for now.
