Tommaso Ciampa
Tommaso Ciampa made his return to NXT tonight and immediately set his sights on regaining the NXT Championship.
At the end of tonight’s show, Adam Cole stood with his NXT title on the entrance stage when Tommaso Ciampa’s theme suddenly hit and the former champ walked out. He circled around Cole, staring at the title, then stared down Cole as the show went off the air.
Ciampa was forced to relinquish the NXT Championship in March, when he was forced to undergo neck surgery.
