AEW Signs The Beaver Boys, Alex Reynolds & John Silver

AEW has signed the tag team of Alex Reynolds & John Silver, known as The Beaver Boys, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Reynolds lost to Jon Moxley via a Paradigm Shift in about 14 seconds on AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday. Later in the show, they appeared in a segment teasing that they (or at least Reynolds), frustrated with all of their losses, will be joining The Dark Order.

They’ve already appeared on a few AEW shows, starting on the October 16 Dynamite, when they jobbed to Santana & Ortiz in about two minutes. They then lost in a six man tag (with QT Marshall) against the Best Friends and Orange Cassidy on the October 30 AEW Dark, and then lost to Luchasaurus & Marko Stunt on the December 4 AEW Dark.

They are regulars for Beyond Wrestling and have wrestled for various other indies, including EVOLVE, CZW and PWG. They briefly held the PWG World Tag Team Championship in 2015.

Interestingly, they also jobbed to Heavy Machinery on the September 10 WWE SmackDown.
