AEW Announces Women’s Tag Team Tournament

On tonight’s episode of Dynamite, AEW announced that there will be an “AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament” subtitled “The Deadly Draw” that will happen “this summer.” No specific start date was announced yet.

There will be eight teams, featuring 16 women.

Featured in the promo that AEW aired: Penelope Ford, Nyla Rose, Diamante, Big Swole, Anna Jay, Brandi Rhodes, Allie, and Hikaru Shida.
