More people in WWE who were at the WWE Performance Center recently, including wrestlers and behind the scenes staff, tested positive for COVID-19 during WWE’s testing last week, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.
At least 30 people who work for WWE have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past three weeks ever since WWE started regularly testing talent and staff before their TV tapings after an outbreak of the disease last month, Pro Wrestling Sheet says.
WWE has reportedly done nearly 1,500 COVID-19 tests since late June.
Renee Young, Kayla Braxton and WWE producers Adam Pearce and Jamie Noble are the only people who have confirmed their positive tests so far.
WWE instituted a new mask policy last week requiring all talent, staff and people in the crowd to wear masks at all times at their shows except when they’re performing on camera.
