Jake Hager defeated Brandon Calton today on the Bellator 250 preliminary card, remaining undefeated in Bellator MMA at 3-0, with one no contest. Calton is now 2-1.
The fight went all three rounds and Hager won by split decision, 28-29, 29-28 and 29-28.
Though Hager won, his face took more damage than his opponent’s, with deep cuts under Hager’s left eye, on his nose and forehead.
Hager had an AEW logo on his shorts and entered the octagon in an Inner Circle t-shirt.
AEW congratulated him on his win.
