Anna Jay Injured, Expected to Be Out 6-12 Months

AEW announced that Anna Jay suffered a shoulder injury while training, which will require surgery. She’s expected to be out of action for 6-12 months.

She was scheduled to wrestle Britt Baker in the first round of the Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament, which airs tonight at 7 PM ET on YouTube, but she has now been replaced in that match by Madi Wrenkowski, a “student and protege of Thunder Rosa.”
