Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre recently announced that they have officially ended their working relationship with Ring of Honor.
Official statement (English translation via Google Translate):
The World Wrestling Council reports that as of today, the strategic alliance that it had with the American company Ring of Honor since 2016 comes to an end.
CMLL continues to focus its efforts and resources with the commitment to continue presenting The Best Wrestling in the World and thanks ROH for this period of joint work.

While the official reason for the end of the partnership was not stated, it is currently rumored to be due to ROH contracted talent appearing for the upcoming debut event of RUSH’s new promotion called Federacion Wrestling in Mexico and ROH doing nothing to stop them.
Prior to CMLL’s announcement, the company’s partnership with ROH had existed since 2016.
