Ahead of the company’s next scheduled investor’s meeting on May 27th, WWE recently filed a financial document to the SEC revealing the salaries and monetary compensation earned by several of their high level executives last year.
WWE President Nick Khan was stated to have earned $13 million last year, broken down into $498,462 for a prorated base salary, $6.8 million in company stocks, $471,823 in incentives, and $5.19 million in other compensation. Khan’s base salary for 2021 was stated to be $1.2 million while his incentives will be $1.9 million.
WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was stated to have earned $3.9 million last year, broken down into $1.4 million in base salary, $1.63 million in company stocks, $845,000 in incentives, and $20,000 in other compensations. In regards to company stocks, it was stated that McMahon currently owns 92.3% in Class B shares.
WWE Executive Vice President and Global Talent Strategy & Development Paul “Triple H” Levesque was stated to have earned over $2.38 million last year, broken down into $730,000 in base salary, $464,778 in company stocks, $222,650 in incentives, and almost $1 million in other compensations.
WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon was stated to have earned over $2.8 million last year, broken down into $730,000 in base salary, $464,778 in company stocks, $222,650 in incentives, and $775,723 in other compensation.
The filing also stated that Shane McMahon earned $820,369 last year under his current talent contract with the company.
