Rebel Suffers Knee Injury on Dynamite

Rebel appeared to injure her right leg during her match tonight on AEW Dynamite and had to be helped to the back by medical officials.

During the Rebel & Britt Baker vs. Nyla Rose & Vickie Guerrero match, Rose went for a pin on Baker, and Rebel ran in and dived to break it up, and appeared to bend her right leg awkwardly. She immediately looked to be in pain and when Nyla Rose went to pick her up, Rebel could be seen talking to her. Rose then dragged her to the side of the ring, where she was checked on by the medical staff. The match ended just a few seconds later, with Baker submitting Guerrero with a Lockjaw.

Rebel was carried backstage after the match, unable to put weight on her right leg.

Update: According to Fightful, the belief is that she suffered a dislocated kneecap, but seemed to be “in good spirits.”
