Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam drew 1,273,000 viewers on TNT, up from last week’s 1,175,000 viewers.
It was #1 on cable for the day with a 0.48 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from last week’s 0.44.
It was just shy of Monday’s WWE Raw rating in the 18-49 demo, which Dynamite had beaten for the past two weeks. Monday’s Raw drew 1,793,000 viewers and a 0.49 18-49 rating.
It’s Dynamite’s third highest viewer number of all time, behind the first show on October 2, 2019 (1,409,000) and the September 8 post-All Out show a couple of weeks ago (1,319,000).
Tuesday’s NXT drew 746,000 viewers with a 0.20 18-49 rating.
This time last year on September 23, 2020, Dynamite drew 835,000 viewers.
