Eddie Kingston has a fractured orbital bone, but hopes to be back in around three weeks, according to Dave Meltzer.
Kingston’s last match was on January 8 against Joey Janela, which was taped for AEW Dark. It’s unclear if that’s when the injury happened.
You can see the match below. At around the 53:25 mark, Janela hits Kingston with a superkick to the face, which seems to hurt Kingston’s eye. Excalibur mentions on commentary that he may have hurt his orbital bone. Kingston continued the match for another two or so minutes and won with a northern lights bomb.
