WWE reportedly currently has tentative plans for the major matches for next year’s WrestleMania 39 event in Inglewood, California, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer reported that WWE officials are currently planning for next year’s WrestleMania event at the SoFi Stadium to be the biggest ever in WrestleMania history. Meltzer reported that his sources stated that the current tentative plans for the major matches at the event are Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson vs. Roman Reigns and Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch.
Meltzer reported that WWE’s plans are entirely dependent on the status of Johnson’s work schedule and availability for the event. In regards to Rousey, Meltzer reported that it is currently believed that her current contract with WWE lasts until at least next year’s WrestleMania event.
