NJPW Announces Full Schedule for G1 Climax 2022 Tournament

During their Hyper Battle 2022 event earlier today in Tokyo, New Japan Pro Wrestling announced the full schedule for this year’s G1 Climax tournament.

It was announced that this year’s tournament will be returning to its traditional time period of the year after taking place in the Fall the past two years due to COVID-19 pandemic and Olympic Games 2022-related reasons.

This year’s tournament will be taking from July 16th to August 18th in Japan.

July 16th – Hokkai Kita Yell in Hokkaido, Japan
July 17th – Hokkai Kita Yell in Hokkaido
July 20th – Xeio Arena Sendai in Miyagi
July 23rd – Ota City Prefectural Gymnasium in Tokyo
July 24th – Ota City Prefectural Gymnasium in Tokyo
July 26th – Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
July 27th – Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
July 30th – Dolphins Arena in Aichi
July 31st – Dolphins Arena in Aichi
August 2nd – Hamatsu Arena in Shizuoka
