As noted before, AEW is currently planning for this year’s Full Gear event to take place this November in Newark, New Jersey.
The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that AEW officials are currently planning for their upcoming Full Gear 2022 event to take place on November 19th at the Prudential Center.
Meltzer reported that the reason why AEW officials decided upon a Saturday date for the event is due to them not wanting to go head-to-head against the NFL on Sunday, November 20th. Meltzer also reported that AEW also had decided against holding their upcoming event on November 12th due to them not wanting to go head-to-head against UFC’s event in Madison Square Garden that night.
In regards to that week’s television tapings, Meltzer reported that AEW is currently planning for their November 18th Rampage show to air live at the Prudential Center while that week’s episode of Dynamite will be taking place at a different location.
