Taya Valkyrie’s current contract with Impact Wrestling reportedly recently expired, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer reported that his sources stated that Valkyrie recently finished up her work for Impact and is currently expected to be leaving for likely either WWE or AEW. Meltzer reported that Valkyrie’s future is currently expected to be made clear soon.
In regards to her work with Lucha Libre AAA and Major League Wrestling, Meltzer reported that Valkyrie is also expected to be leaving both companies within the near future due to her not having any current long-term commitments with either company.
Prior to her departure, Valkyrie had been with Impact Wrestling since April of 2022 following a brief stint in WWE in 2021. Valkyrie has also been with MLW since April of 2022.
