Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Las Vegas, Nevada featured an AEW International Championship match between Kyle Fletcher and champion Orange Cassidy, which was won by Cassidy.
Following the match, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced on Twitter that Aussie Open’s Fletcher and Mark Davis recently signed official contracts with the company.

Prior to their signings, Aussie Open had made several appearances for AEW since their official debut in the company this past June.
In regards to Aussie Open’s status with New Japan Pro Wrestling, the team recently relinquished both their IWGP Tag Team and NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championships due to Davis suffering a recent knee injury and had underwent surgery to repair it.
