Friday’s Under Siege 2023 event for Impact Wrestling in London, Ontario, Canada featured an Impact Knockouts World Championship match between Jordynne Grace and champion Deonna Purrazzo, which was won by Purrazzo, This match featured the stipulation of if Grace failed to win the title, she would not be allowed to challenge again for the title as long as Purrazzo was champion.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Grace’s contract with Impact had expired last month and she is currently a free agent following her finishing up her remaining commitments. It was reported that Grace will be taking a break from wrestling for the foreseeable future to work on projects outside of wrestling.
It is currently not known if Grace will return to Impact following the end of her planned break from wrestling.
Prior to her contract expiring, Grace had been working for Impact since October of 2018.
