Orange Cassidy Reportedly Working as Backstage Producer/Agent in AEW

Orange Cassidy reportedly recently has been working in a backstage job in AEW, according to Fightful Select.

It was reported that their sources stated that besides his work as an active in-ring talent, Cassidy also has recently started working as a backstage producer or agent in AEW. It was reported that Cassidy was the producer of the recent match of The Infantry vs. The Kingdom in Ring of Honor and the Big Bill & Brian Cage vs. Matt Sydal & Trent Beretta on the July 7th AEW Rampage show.

It was reported that in a wrestling, a producer/agent is someone who is typically on a headset during the match to help make sure the match runs on time and sends directions to ringside when needed. Producers also go over the plans for the matches with talent prior to the start of a match. They also relay important spots to the television production crew to ensure they know what to expect and catch on camera during matches.
