Prior to this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Rosenberg, Texas, Darby Allin had been noticeably absent from in-ring action for AEW since WrestleDream event on October 1st.
A recent Nitro Circus event on Thursday in Fort Worth, Texas featured Allin as a guest stunt performer. Prior to him performing a stunt jump, Allin stated to the live crowd that he currently believes that he had suffered a potential fractured shoulder injury at AEW’s WrestleDream event.
“I’m not doing too good. My shoulder, I think, is fractured.
I kind of messed up my elbow pretty bad and last week I had to go train to climb Mount Everest so I haven’t really given my shoulder any time to rest but when I heard Nitro Circus was coming through Texas, I had to come.”
Allin proceeded to attempt his stunt jump and landed on his injured shoulder in the process.
