Pro Wrestling Illustrated recently announced that Rhea Ripley took their top spot for this year’s PWI Women’s 250 List. This was the first time in Ripley’s career that she took the top honor in PWI’s Top Women’s ranked list.
AEW had the most wrestlers ranked in PWI’s Top 10 at three, followed by Stardom, Impact Wrestling, and WWE at two each, and the National Wrestling Alliance at one.

This year’s rankings covered the time period between October 1, 2022 to September 15, 2023 and wrestlers were ranked based on a criteria of in-ring achievement, influence on the sport/promotion, technical ability, quality of competition, and activity.
