Kevin Owens reportedly has been working through a fractured foot injury, according to the Wrestling Observer.
Dave Meltzer reported in a special preview edition for this Friday’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that Owens had worked his match against Logan Paul at this past Saturday’s Royal Rumble 2024 event with a fractured foot.
Meltzer reported that Owens suffered the injury during his match against Santos Escobar on the January 5th SmackDown show and continued to work through this injury for the build for his United States Championship match at this past Saturday’s event.
Meltzer reported that while Owens had been involved in physical angles with Paul for the build up to their match, his match at this past Saturday’s event was his first match since suffering the injury.
