Thursday’s Wrestle Kingdom 18 event for New Japan Pro Wrestling at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan featured Nic Nemeth, former Dolph Ziggler in WWE, and Ryan Nemeth making a surprise appearance and official NJPW debuts.
Following the NEVER Openweight Championship match, Ryan and Nic Nemeth made a surprise appearance. Following the Title vs. Title match for the IWGP and NJPW Strong Tag Team titles, the Nemeths looked on as El Phantasmo and Hikuleo celebrated their victory.
Later in the show, Nic Nemeth got into a confrontation with David Finlay after Finlay won the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship. Finlay had walked up to the Nemeths who were still at ringside and taunted Nic with his newly won title. This led to Nemeth getting up from his seat and going right up to Finlay and a brawl breaking out between the two quickly afterwards.
