Quick Match Results

  1. Braun Strowman defeated Chad Gable via Powerslam (pinfall)
    • Prior to the start of the match, Alpha Acaedmy’s Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri came out with Gable to be in his corner.
    • Near the end of the match, Gable got out of the ring leading to Strowman doing the same and setup the Strowman Express clothesline and ran around the ring only to be stopped when Gable used Tozawa as a human shield. Strowman proceeded to grab Tozawa and tossed him into Gable and toss Gable back into the ring. Gable kicked Strowman’s knee from under him as Strowman got back into the ring leading to Gable attempting a running attack only for Strowman to knock him down in return. Strowman then grabbed Gable and hit a powerslam for the pinfall victory.
    • Following the match, an angry Gable demanded for Dupri, Otis, and Tozawa to get into the ring. Gable then put his hands on Tozawa leading to Dupri to get in between the two to stop Gable. This led to Gable grabbing Durpri’s crutch and tossed it away and then told Dupri and Tozawa to get out of here before slapping Tozawa sending him to the ground. This led an an upset Otis finally having enough and shoved Gable to the ground but stopped before doing anything else and left with Dupri and Tozawa.
  2. Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat match – IYO SKY defeated Kiana James and Zelina Vega via Over The Moonsault (pinfall)
    • Near the end of the match, Liv Morgan came out to ringside and distracted Vega leading to James hitting a Codebreaker to Vega on the apron sending her crashing to the floor. This led to SKY hitting a running double knee strike to James and followed it with an Over The Moonsault for the pinfall victory.
  3. Carlito defeated Dragon Lee via Backstabber (pinfall)
    • Prior to the start of the match, the LWO’s Joaquin Wilde & Rey Mysterio came out with Lee while Judgement Day’s Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh came out with Carlito to be in their respective corners.
    • Near the end of the match, Liv Morgan came out and tried to seduce Dominik at ringside only for Zelina Vega to run out and attack Morgan leading to LWO and Judgement Day trying to separate the two. This then led to a brawl breaking out at ringside and McDoagh getting on the apron and tripped up Lee on the top rope while the referee was not looking. Carlito then hit a backstabber to Lee onto the middle rope for the pinfall victory.
  4. Kayden Carter & Katana Chance defeated Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai & Kairi Sane) via After Party (pinfall)
    • Prior to the start of the match, Lyra Valkyria came out with Carter & Chance to be in their corner.
    • Chance pinned Kai after Carter & Chance hit their After Party finisher for the victory.
    • Following the match, Valkyria celebrated with Carter and Chance at ringside while Damage CTRL looked on in the ring.
  5. Sheamus defeated Bron Breakker via Disqualification
    • Near the end of the match, Sheamus setup to do a Brogue Kick to Breakker only for Ludwig Kaiser to run out from the crowd and grabbed Sheamus’ leg sending him crash to the mat and the referee calling for the bell.
    • Following the match, Kaiser, Sheamus, and Breakker brawled at ringside as WWE officials rushed out. This brawl ended with Breakker hitting a spear to Kaiser laying him out. Zayn ran out to confront Breakker only for Breakker to shove him and WWE officials quickly separating the two at ringside.
  6. Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat match – Jey Uso defeated Rey Mysterio and Finn Balor via Uso Splash (pinfall)
    • Near the end of the match, Judgement Day’s Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh interfered leading to Barun Strowman running out and chased Dominik and McDonagh away though the crowd to the back. In the ring, Balor hit a Coup de Grace to Rey and attempted a near fall that was broken up by Uso who hit an Uso Splash onto Balor and scored the pinfall victory.
    • Following the match, Uso’s vicory celebration was cut short by Uncle Howdy and the new Wyatt Family’s return which featured a lot of people laid out and bloodied backstage as each member of the new Wyatt Family was revealed. Uncle Howdy and the rest of the Wyatt Family came out to the stage and ended with Howdy stating “We’re Here” before blowing out his lantern.

Seth Rollins Makes Surprise Return at Monday’s WWE RAW Show & Gets World Title Match for Money in the Bank 2024

Monday’s WWE RAW show featured Seth Rollins making a surprise return appearance and accepting a challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank 2024.

Following the Clash at the Castle recap video at the start of the show, Rollins music played and made his surprise return to WWE. Rollins made his way to the ring and after some cheers and singing by the crowd, Rollins talked about wanting to get back his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins then looked up at the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank briefcases that were hanging up in the air and stated that he knows how to climb up a ladder well and is quite familiar with how the contract works. Rollins stated that this the fastest way to get back for him to get back in the mix for the World Heavyweight title.

Before Rollins could continue, Damian Priest’s music interrupted and made his way to the ring. Priest stated that he is not being sarcastic and wanted to come out here to welcome Rollins back. After some more words of praise towards Rollins, Priest stated that he has been wanting some face-to-face time with him because he wanted to tell Rollins that he wanted to cash in the Money in the Bank contract on him. After some more words by Priest, Rollins responded talking about Priest having a long weekend and “almost lost a leg in Scotland.” Rollins then talked about them being a lot alike over how they both made their names in groups, Priest made his name in Judgement Day while he made his name in the greatest group of all time, The Shield. Rollins stated that they both held the Money in the Bank contract for a long time and cashed in foe their first World title at WrestleMania. Rollins stated that the one thing that separates them is that at some point, Rollins grew a set. Rollins stated that he wants to be the greatest of all time and to have that legacy, he has to stand on hos own two feet. Rollins asked Priest ” what kind of champion does he want to be? What does Priest want his legacy to be in this industry? Does he want to be the greatest of all time or a footnote in the Judgment Day?” Priest responded stating that it is a fair question but he wants to remind Rollins of something and that he was Rollins first challenger for the title. Priest stated at the time, Rollins beat him because Rollins was better than him but times have changed. After some more words, Priest issued a challenge for his World title at Money in the Bank against Rollins. Rollins responded asking if this is a trap, which Priest responded back stating that this is not a trap since Judgement Day does not know he is out here. Priest asked again if Rollins wants a shot at his title and after some “Yes” chants by the crowd, Rollins accepted and stating that as long as he is around here, this show will always and forever be “Monday Night Rollins” before walking away.

In a follow-up segment, this match was made official for Money in the Bank 2024.

This was Rollins first appearance in WWE since this past April.


Otis & Alpha Academy Split from Chad Gable at Monday’s RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Otis and Alpha Academy finally breaking away from Chad Gable.

This was initially setup over recent weeks of shows involving Gable becoming more angry and verbally and physically abusive towards Alpha Academy and Otis teasing him reaching his breaking point soon.

During tonight’s show, Braun Strowman defeated Gable in a match that Gable had demanded earlier in the show to RAW General Manager Adam Pearce since he wanted to climb back up the ladder for another Intercontinental Championship match. Gable’s opponent was kept as a mystery by Pearce until Strowman’s music played.

Following the match, an angry Gable demanded for Dupri, Otis, and Tozawa to immediately get into the ring. Gable then put his hands on Tozawa leading to Dupri stepping in to stop Gable. This led to Gable grabbing Durpri’s crutch and tossed it away and then told Dupri and Tozawa to get out of here before slapping Tozawa sending him to the ground. This led an an upset Otis finally having enough and shoved Gable to the ground but stopped before doing anything else and left with Dupri and Tozawa.

In a follow-up segment, Alpha Academy were seen in the locker room and an angry Gable demanding to know why Otis put his hands on him. Otis first ignored Gable and kept putting stuff away in his travel bag leading to Gable to ask what he was doing. Otis responded that they were done with Gable and walked off with Dupri and Tozawa. After they left, an angry Gable responded shouting that they are expelled from the Academy and they will be nothing without him and stated that he was going to compete in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match. Gable claimed that he was going to do what Otis couldn’t do, which he revealed to be cashing in and becoming a World Champion.


Drew McIntyre “Quits” from WWE at Monday’s RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Drew McIntyre “quitting” from WWE.

During the show, a sad looking McIntyre came out to the ring to give a speech about CM Punk’s interference causing his loss to Damian Priest for the WWE World title at Clash at the Castle 2024. Before McIntyre could say anything, a “CM Punk” chant broke out in the crowd leading to McIntyre responding stating “CM Punk …” but was too angry to continue. This led to the crowd continuing their “CM Punk” chants and McIntyre attempted to get through with what he wanted to say but was unable to continue after saying Punk’s name again. McIntyre stated that he can’t do this anymore and “screw this company, I quit.” McIntyre then walked out of the ring to the back.

In a follow-up segment, McIntyre was confronted by WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque who tried to stop McIntyre and make him change his mind to no avail. RAW GM Adam Pearce tried to do the same to no avail as well as McIntyre stated “I’m serious” and left the arena.


Jey Uso Advances to Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Money in the Bank 2024

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one qualifying match for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2024.

This qualifying match was Jey Uso defeating Finn Balor and Rey Mysterio.

As a result of his victory, Uso became the first to officially qualify for this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.


IYO SKY Advances to Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Money in the Bank 2024

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one qualifying match for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2024, which takes place on July 6th at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

This qualifying match was IYO SKY defeating Kiana James and Zelina Vega.

As a result of her victory, SKY officially qualified for this year’s Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.
