Sunday’s Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI event for Game Changer Wrestling in New York City, New York featured MVP making a surprise appearance.
Following Josh Barnett’s victory over Bad Dude Tito, MVP made a surprise appearance and came out to the ring. MVP grabbed a microphone and confirmed that his current contract with WWE is set to expire soon. MVP also issued a challenge to Barnett for a match between the two at a future Bloodsport event. Barnett responded accepting MVP’s challenge and stated that he was welcome to bring the Hurt Business with him.

MVP’s contract with WWE is currently set to expire in mid-August and him and Bobby Lashley are both currently expected to be leaving WWE.
Besides MVP, WWE’s The Creed Brothers’ Julius & Brutus Creed, Charlie Dempsey, and Shayna Baszler also appeared and competed in matches at the event.
